Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: May take 1-2 additional days for verification.
  • Remote Locations: May take 7-10 business days.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • SMS notification with tracking link.
  • Email with tracking details.
  • You can also track your order in the My Orders section of your account.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. A refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges (if applicable).

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items must be in original condition with no damage or alterations.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Items with missing tags or packaging.
  • Intimate items (undergarments, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Sale items (unless defective).
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

Return Process

Initiate Return

Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Pack the Item

Pack the item securely in original packaging with all tags attached.

Ship It Back

Ship the item to our warehouse address (provided upon return approval).

Inspection & Refund

We inspect the item and process refund within 5-7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

💰 Refund Policy

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Send you an email notification confirming receipt.
  • Notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Process refund within 5-7 business days after approval.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in original condition (damaged by customer).
  • Items returned after 30 days (if accepted).
  • Missing parts or accessories.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again (refunds can take 5-10 business days).
  • Contact your credit card company/bank (processing times vary).

🔄 Exchange Policy

Size/Color Exchange

If you need a different size or color, please follow these steps:

  • Initiate a return for the original item (as per return process).
  • Place a new order for the desired size/color.
  • We will process refund for the returned item upon inspection.

Note: Direct exchanges are not available. You will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Defective Item Exchange

If you received a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the defect/damage.
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by us.

❌ Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement:

  • Login to your account and go to My Orders.
  • Click "Cancel Order" button next to the order.
  • Or contact us directly with your order number.
  • Full refund will be processed (if payment was made).

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the package.
